By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or continuing to use the surga5000 platform after any changes to these terms are announced, you are deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted all provisions in this document.

This acceptance is legally binding and cannot be revoked once your account is active and your first deposit has been made. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand all terms before using surga5000.

• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and surga5000.
• Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

To use the surga5000 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account.

Additional eligibility requirements to be met:

• You must be an individual and not a company, organisation, or business entity.
• You are only permitted to hold one (1) account only at surga5000. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• The personal information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date — including your full name as per your ID, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• You must be the rightful owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals at surga5000.
• Surga5000 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with these terms.

The registration process involves providing basic information, verifying your phone number via OTP, and agreeing to these terms. surga5000 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

• Registering more than one account (duplicate / multiple accounts).

• Using a payment method registered in another person's name for deposits or withdrawals.
